The administrative assistant position interacts with customers on a daily basis, and is often the first point of contact that our customers have with Stockdales.

Primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Answering calls on a multi-line switchboard
  • Processing invoices
  • Processing customer payments
  • Preparing daily deposits
  • General office duties
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and energetic personality. They will demonstrate good organizational skills and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
